Athletes
- Must be on time to weigh-ins and responsible for being on weight.
- Responsible for obtaining Blood work in time and have physical results on hand for weigh ins
- Bring proper equipment and protective wear on competition day
- Review and understand the SAAA code of Ethics
- Review and understand judging and scoring
Vendors
- Complete vendor packet in entirety and pay scheduled fee prior to event
- Arrive no less than 2 hours prior to event starting
- Review and understand SAAA code of Ethics
- Bring table and tablecloth
- Prohibited from selling illegal products to community and minors
- Conduct themselves and participate in SAAA events in a professional manner
